Today I close a chapter of service and open one filled with love.For years, I served as an explosive detection K9. I patrolled with discipline, protected lives, and worked with loyalty. But I was never just a uniform or just a tool. I was a soul with feelings, with joy, with love and with hope to do what was right.Now, in this new chapter, my mission has change. My new purpose is to inspire more places to welcome pets, and more hearts and minds to open to us. I want every person and every space to remember we are not just tools, not just possessions, and not ‘just animals’—we are souls with feelings and emotions, and we are true life companions.Thank you for celebrating and honoring me today.
